Lehigh Valley Human Services - Rendezvous
Harvest Full of Hope - October 7, 2011
Persons in crisis should contact their caseworker, therapist, psychiatrist or call Northampton County Emergency Services at (610) 252-9060 (24 hours) or Crisis Intervention in Lehigh County: 1-610-782-3127.
Referrals must be made by a mental health or other health professional. Self referrals and walk-ins will not be accepted.
Hope House can not accept the following individuals: Those in need of drug or alcohol detoxification; Those currently inebriated; Persons with a significant history of assaultive behavior; Persons in need of emergency medical attention; and Those in need of physical restraint.
In order to accept your referral, we need to receive a Referral Form. If faxing is not possible, the referral information can be given verbally through the phone. In addition to the referral form we need information regarding the person's current danger to him or herself as well as to others. For this purpose the "Face to Face" needs to be filled out and signed.
